Snowball Cookies
These fluffy treats look so real, you'd expect them to be ice-cold!
Prep time: 15 min.
Baking time: 12-14 min.
Decoration time: 10 min.
Difficulty: Easy
What you'll need:
- 1 bag SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
What to do:
- Chop 1/2 cup of SNICKERS® Brand Miniatures.
- Cream together the butter, 1/4 cup of confectioner's sugar and vanilla.
- Slowly blend in the flour, nuts and Chopped SNICKERS Brand Miniatures. The mixture will look dry in the beginning, as you continue to blend. Blend until the mixture pulls together, and then form 1-1/2 inch balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 350? oven for 12-14 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Roll the cookies in the remaining cup of confectioner's sugar, completely covering them.
